These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Gocools Write (“Write”). By accessing or using Write, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You access Write by signing in through the Gocools Account service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Your content & ownership
You own the documents and content you create in Write. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you — including saving, rendering, paginating, versioning and exporting your documents.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Write to:
- break the law or infringe others’ intellectual property;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt or probe the service;
- gain unauthorized access to other users’ documents or data;
- abuse, harass, or post unlawful or harmful content.
Service availability
We work to keep Write available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Write is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important documents.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gocools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Write at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
